The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Certain Invalidated Guiding Documents on Taxation
The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation have recently announced that certain notices on taxation which expired on 31 December 2008 will cease to take effect. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
