The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Increasing the Export Tax Rebate Rate for Textile and Clothing Products
The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation issued a notice on 5 February 2009 announcing that, with effect from 1 February 2009, the export tax rebate rate for textile and clothing products was increased to 15 %. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
