The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Establishment of a Dedicated Column for Public Consultation of Labour Security Legislation in the Guangdong Province
The Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province has recently issued a notice announcing the establishment of a dedicated consultation column (website at http://www.gd.lss.gov.cn/zs/fzc/zqyj.jsp) for inviting public comments on labour security related social issues required to be addressed through enactment of legislation, and on consultation drafts of related laws and regulations in the Guangdong province on a long-term basis. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
