The Mainland of China : Ruling on the Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Bisphenol-A from LG Chem, Ltd. of the Republic of Korea
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 108/2009 on 15 December 2009, announcing the ruling on the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of bisphenol-A from LG Chem, Ltd. of the Republic of Korea. The relevant tariff code is 2907 2300.

According to the ruling, the margin of dumping on imports of bisphenol-A from LG Chem, Ltd. of the Republic of Korea was found to be 4.7%. With effect from 15 December 2009, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of bisphenol-A from the above company would be adjusted to 4.7%. For details, please make reference to MOC's notice at:
