The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 99/2009 on 10 December 2009, announcing the preliminary finding of the anti-dumping investigation against imports of grain oriented flat-rolled electrical steel from the United States and Russia and the countervailing investigation against imports of grain oriented flat-rolled electrical steel from the United States. The relevant tariff codes are 7225 1100 and 7226 1100.

DETAILS

  1.
  2. The preliminary finding reveals that dumping existed regarding the investigated products originated in the United States and Russia, with dumping margin ranged from 4.6% to 25%; and subsidy existed regarding the investigated products originated in the United States, with countervailing duty rate ranged from 11.7% to 12%.
