The Mainland of China : Rate of Anti-dumping Duties against Imports of Phenol from the Taiwan Province
In respect of the anti-dumping measures against imports of phenol from the Taiwan Province, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 102/2009 on 1 December 2009, announcing that the anti-dumping duty rate of phenol from Chang Chun Plastics Co., Ltd. would be changed to 3.8% with effect from 2 December 2009.
