The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Adjustment to Value-Added Tax
Offsetting Period with Proof
The State Administration of Taxation has recently issued a notice to adjust the value-added tax offsetting period with proof from 90 days to 180 days. A copy of the notice, which will take effect on 1 January 2010, is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
