The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures
against Imports of Toluene Diisocyanate from Japan, the Republic of Korea
and the United States
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 92/2009 on 20 November 2009, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of toluene diisocyanate from Japan, the Republic of Korea and the United States. The relevant tariff code is 2929 1010.

According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 21 November 2009, the anti-dumping measures against imports of toluene diisocyanate from Japan, the Republic of Korea and the United States would be continued for 5 years in accordance with the Notice No. 61/2003, Notice No. 115/2005, Notice No. 53/2006, Notice No. 2/2009, Notice No. 57/2009 and Notice No. 58/2009 issued by MOC.
