The Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress has recently passed the "Decisions Concerning the Amendment of the 'Regulations on Payment of Wages in Shenzhen' ", which took effect from 21 October 2009. A copy of the Regulations is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
