The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Justice, All China Federation of Trade Unions, China Enterprise Confederation/China Enterprise Directors Association have jointly promulgated the "Opinions Concerning Strengthening of the Work on Labour and Personnel Disputes Conciliation" (Opinions) recently. A copy of the "Opinions" is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
