The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on Non-residents Eligible for Treatment under Tax Treaties (Interim)"
The State Administration of Taxation issued the "Administrative Measures on Non-residents Eligible for Treatment under Tax Treaties (Interim)" (the Administrative Measures) in view of standardizing and strengthening the management on non-residents enjoying tax treaty treatment. A copy of the Administrative Measures, which took effect on 1 October 2009, is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
