The Mainland of China : Standards for 10 Domestic Industries including the
"Technical Guidelines for the Circulation of Second-hand Equipment"
The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on 28 September 2009, announcing the codes, names and effective dates of the standards for 10 domestic industries, including the "Technical Guidelines for the Circulation of Second-hand Equipment". A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
