The Mainland of China : Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises by the State Council
The State Council has recently issued a notice on further promoting the development of small and medium enterprises, including to cultivate a conducive and healthy environment for the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), alleviate the financing problem of SMEs, strengthen the financial and taxation support to SMEs, expedite the upgrade of technologies and structural adjustments of SMEs, and to support SMEs to explore different markets, etc. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
