The Mainland of China : Supplementary Provisions (II) to the "Administrative Measures on Foreign-invested Enterprises Engaged in Distribution of Books, Newspaper and Periodicals"
The General Administration of Press and Publication and the Ministry of Commerce have recently promulgated the "Supplementary Provisions (II) to the Administrative Measures on Foreign-invested Enterprises Engaged in Distribution of Books, Newspaper and Periodicals" (the Supplementary Provisions). A copy of the Supplementary Provisions, which will take effect on 1 October 2009, is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
