The Mainland of China : Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports
of Acetone from the Republic of Korea
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 64/2009 on 10 September 2009, announcing the initiation of the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of acetone from the republic of Korea. The investigation period of this mid-term review is 1 July 2008 - 30 June 2009, and the scope of investigation is the normal value, export prices and dumping margin of the imports of acetone from Kumho P&B Chemicals, Inc. of the Republic of Korea. Interested parties may submit written comments, with relevant information to the MOC within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 10 September 2009).
