The Mainland of China : Decision on Amending the "Measures for the Administration of Associations Formed by Law Firms of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region and Mainland Law Firms"
In relation to the signing of Supplement VI to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the Ministry of Justice announced its revisions to the "Measures for the Administration of Associations Formed by Law Firms of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region and Mainland Law Firms" on 1 September 2009. The revised Measures will take effect on 1 October 2009. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
