The Guangdong Municipal Labour and Social Security Bureau recently promulgated a notice to enhance promotion and guidance of the laws and regulations on labour contract and the "Guidelines on Labour Contract", a copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) (Chinese version only) for reference.
