The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Coated Art Paper from Japan and the Republic of Korea
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 54/2009 on 4 August 2009, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of coated art paper from Japan and the Republic of Korea. The relevant tariff codes are 4810 1300, 4810 1400 and 4810 1900.

According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 5 August 2009, the anti-dumping measures against imports of coated art paper from Japan and the Republic of Korea would be continued for 5 years according to the Notice No. 35/2003, Notice No. 29/2007 and Notice No. 73/2008 issued by MOC.
