The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security promulgated on 1 January 2009 the "Rules on Handling Arbitration Cases for Labour and Personnel Disputes", which took effect from the date of promulgation. A copy of the "Rules" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
