The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Strengthening the Management on
the Employers' Contribution Ratio for Enterprise Employees' Basic Pension
in the Guangdong Province
The Labour and Social Security Department of Guangdong Province recently issued the "Notice Concerning Strengthening the Management on the Employers' Contribution Ratio for Enterprise Employees' Basic Pension in the Guangdong Province", and promulgated the "Measures for Adjusting the Employers' Contribution Ratio for Enterprise Employees' Basic Pension in the Guangdong Province" (The Measures"). A copy of the notice and the Measures are attached as Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
