The Mainland of China : Ruling on the Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of o-Dihydroxybenzene from the United States
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 52/2009 on 27 July 2009, announcing the ruling on the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of o-Dihydroxybenzene from Rhodia Inc. of the United States. The relevant tariff code is 2907 2910.

According to the ruling, the margin of dumping on imports of o-Dihydroxybenzene from Rhodia Inc. of the United States was found to be 9.7%. With effect from 28 July 2009, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of o-Dihydroxybenzene from the above company would be adjusted to 9.7%.
