The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Confirmation and Approval of Tax Exemption for Encouraged Domestic and Foreign Investment Projects
The General Administration of Customs and the National Development and Reform Commission have recently issued a notice to clarify certain principles on the confirmation and approval of tax exemption for encouraged domestic and foreign investment projects.
