The Mainland of China : "Regulations for Compulsory Product Certification"
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) has recently promulgated the "Regulations for Compulsory Product Certification" (the Regulations), which will take effect on 1 September 2009. The "Regulations for Compulsory Product Certification" promulgated by AQSIQ on 3 December 2001 will be repealed at the same time. A copy of the Regulations is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
