The Ministry of Finance recently promulgated the "Interim Measures on Administration of Special Funds for the Development of Small and Medium Commercial Enterprises" ("Interim Measures"), which set out the scope and modes of support of the special funds, etc. A copy of the "Interim Measures" is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
