The Mainland of China : Administrative Rules on Pilot Programme of Renminbi
Settlement of Cross-border Trade Transactions
The People's Bank of China, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce, General Administration of Customs, State Administration of Taxation and China Banking Regulatory Commission promulgated on 1 July 2009 the "Administrative Rules on Pilot Programme of Renminbi Settlement of Cross-border Trade Transactions", which took effect from the date of promulgation. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
