The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Repealing Certain Guiding Documents
Promulgated by the General Administration of Quality Supervision,
Inspection and Quarantine
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine has recently promulgated a notice repealing a total of 183 guiding documents relating to the implementation of the Law on Food Safety. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
