The Ministry of Finance recently promulgated the "Administrative Measures on the Special Funds of Central Finance for Promoting the Development of Service Industries" ("Administrative Measures"), which set out the scope and modes of support of the special funds, etc. A copy of the "Administrative Measures" is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
