The Mainland of China : Shenzhen Overall Comprehensive Reform Pilot Programme
The State Council has recently approved the "Shenzhen Overall Comprehensive Reform Pilot Programme" (the Programme), which sets out the overall requirements, reform measures, as well as the organisation and implementation of Shenzhen's comprehensive reform. The Programme also covers issues on Shenzhen's close cooperation with Hong Kong. A copy of the Programme is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
