The Mainland of China : Framework for Development and Reform Planning for Pearl River Delta Region (2008-2020)
The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) promulgated on 8 January 2009 the "Framework for Development and Reform Planning for Pearl River Delta Region (2008-2020)" (the Framework). The Framework, which covers the period from 2008 to 2020, sets out the strategic positioning and development goals for the Pearl River Delta Region, and also includes close cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao.
