The Mainland of China : Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of
Polycaprolactam from the United States, the European Union, Russia
and the Taiwan Province
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 23/2009 on 29 April 2009 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against imports of polycaprolactam from the United States, the European Union, Russia and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code

For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 29 April 2009). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 October 2007 - 30 September 2008. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans, as well as quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 January 2005 - 30 September 2008.
