The People's Government of Guangdong Province promulgated on 16 April 2009 the "Notice Concerning the Measures on the Collection, Usage and Management of the Dike Maintenance Fee of the Guangdong Province" ("Measures"), which took effect from the date of promulgation. A copy of the "Measures" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
