The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Business Tax Exemption for Credit Guarantee Institutions of Small and Medium Enterprises
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the State Administration of Taxation have recently issued a notice to clarify the arrangement for business tax exemption for credit guarantee institutions of small and medium enterprises. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
