The Mainland of China : Notice Recommending Samples of Simple Labour Contract
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security recently issued a notice recommending the use of five types of "Simple Labour Contract (Sample)" for the construction industry, manufacturing industry, catering industry, mining and quarrying industry, and part-time work.
