The State Council recently promulgated the "Regulations on Administration of Collection and Disposal of Waste Electrical Appliances and Electronic Products" ("Regulations"), which will take effect from 1 January 2011. A copy of the "Regulations" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
