The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Telecommunications
Service Operation Licences
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology promulgated recently the "Administrative Measures on Telecommunications Service Operation Licences" ("Measures"), which will take effect from 10 April 2009. The original "Administrative Measures of Licences on Telecommunications Service Operation" promulgated by the Ministry of Information Industry on 26 December 2001 will be repealed on the same time. A copy of the "Measures" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
