The Mainland of China : Measures on the Implementation of the Regulations on
Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the People's Republic of China
The General Administration of Customs (GAC) promulgated on 3 March 2009 the "Measures on the Implementation of the Regulations on Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the People's Republic of China", which will take effect from 1 July 2009. The "Measures on the implementation of the Regulations on Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the People's Republic of China" promulgated by GAC on 25 May 2004 will be repealed at the same time. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
