The Mainland of China : Supplementary Provisions (IV) to the Measures for the Administration of Foreign Investment in Commercial Fields
According to the provisions of the "Supplement V to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" signed between Hong Kong and the Mainland on 29 July 2008, the Ministry of Commerce has issued "Supplementary Provisions (IV) to the Measures for the Administration of Foreign Investment in Commercial Fields", which took effect from the date of promulgation. A copy of the "Supplementary Provisions" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
