The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures on New Exporters
Regarding Imports of Phenol from Japan, the Republic of Korea,
the United States and the Taiwan Province
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 16/2009 on 2 March 2009 announcing the initiation of the review of the anti-dumping measures on new exporters regarding imports of phenol from Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United States and the Taiwan Province. The investigation period of this review is 1 July 2008 - 31 December 2008, and the scope of investigation is the new exporter eligibility, as well as the normal value, export prices and dumping margin of the investigated products of Chang chun Plastics Co., Ltd. of the Taiwan Province. Interested parties may submit written comments to the MOC within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 2 March 2009).
