The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Implementation of Value-added Tax Transformation and Reform in the Mainland
The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation have recently issued a notice to clarify certain issues relating to implementation of the national value-added tax transformation and reform with effect from 1 January 2009. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
