The Mainland of China : "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Provisional

The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation promulgated on 18 December 2008 the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Provisional Regulations on Consumption Tax of the People's Republic of China", which will take effect on 1 January 2009. A copy of the relevant notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
