The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Exemption of Value-Added Tax
for Exports of Black Soya Beans
The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation have recently issued a notice announcing the exemption of value-added tax for exports of black soya beans (Mainland tariff code 1201009200) with effect from 1 December 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
