The Mainland of China : Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against
Imports of Bisphenol-A from the Republic of Korea
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 98/2008 on 15 December 2008, announcing the initiation of the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of bisphenol-A from the Republic of Korea. The investigation period of this mid-term review is 1 December 2007 - 30 November 2008, and the scope of investigation is the normal value, export prices and dumping margin of the imports of bisphenol-A manufactured by LG Chem, Ltd.. Interested parties may submit written comments, with relevant evidence, to the MOC within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 15 December 2008).
