The Mainland of China : Opinions on Promoting Stable and Healthy Growth of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Guangdong Province
The People's Government of Guangdong Province issued on 2 December 2008 the "Opinions on Promoting Stable and Healthy Growth of Small and Medium Enterprises". The Opinions, among others, propose resolving the difficulties for small and medium enterprises (SME) on financing, strengthening taxation and financial support for SME, supporting industrial restructure and structural upgrade of SME and improving the services for SME. A copy of the "Opinions" is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
