The Mainland of China : Issues Concerning the Implementation of Policy
Adjustment on Restricted Products for Processing Trade by the
General Administration of Customs
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and the General Administration of Customs (GAC) jointly issued Notice No. 97/2008 on 21 November 2008 to announce the adjustment of policy on restricted products for processing trade. The GAC issued a notice on 1 December 2008 in respect of issues concerning the implementation of the aforementioned Notice. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
