The Mainland of China : Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of Adipic Acid from the Republic of Korea, the European Union and the United States
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 88/2008 on 10 November 2008, announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against imports of adipic acid from the Republic of Korea, the European Union and the United States. The relevant tariff code is 2917 1200.

For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 10 November 2008). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 July 2007 - 30 June 2008. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans, as well as quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 January 2005 - 30 June 2008.
