The Mainland of China : Administrative Codes on Nutrition Labelling of Food Products
The Ministry of Health (MOH) announced the "Administrative Codes on Nutrition Labelling of Food Products" on 18 December 2007, which will take effect from 1 May 2008. The Codes govern the content and format of nutrition labelling of pre-packaged food. A copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) . Its Annexes can be downloaded from the website of MOH at: http://www.moh.gov.cn/newshtml/20960.htm (Chinese version only).
