The Mainland of China : Regulations on Promoting Harmonious Labour Relations of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone
The Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress promulgated on 6 October 2008 the "Regulations on Promoting Harmonious Labour Relations in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone", which will take effect from 1 November 2008. The "Regulations" stipulates the rights and obligations of employers and employees, and collective negotiations in labour relationships, etc. A copy of the "Regulations" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
