The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Delegating of Power to Lower Level for Examination and Approval Matters of Foreign-funded Commercial Enterprises
The Ministry of Commerce promulgated on 12 September 2008 the "Notice Concerning the Delegating of Power to Lower Level for Examination and Approval Matters of Foreign-funded Commercial Enterprises". The Notice stipulates that the establishment of foreign-funded commercial enterprises and alteration of established foreign-invested commercial enterprises shall be examined and approved by competent commerce department at provincial level (except specific sectors). A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
