The Mainland of China : Implementation Measures on Paid Annual Leave
for Employees
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security promulgated on 18 September 2008 the "Implementation Measures on Paid Annual Leave for Employees", which took effect from the date of promulgation. The "Implementation Measures" stipulates the remuneration for employees in lieu of annual leave, and the calculation of daily wage, etc. A copy of the "Implementation Measures" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
