The Mainland of China : Implementation Regulations on Labour Contract Law
of the People's Republic of China
The State Council promulgated on 18 September 2008 the "Implementation Regulations on Labour Contract Law of the People's Republic of China", which has taken effect from the date of promulgation. A copy of the "Implementation Regulations of Labour Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
